The Anthony Agada Foundation (AAF) is the realization of a dream nurtured over the years—a dream rooted in the struggles that marked the lives of many children. Growing up in a community where education was often out of reach, we witnessed daily how financial barriers dimmed the brightest futures. Parents worked tirelessly, yet the cost of schooling remained a distant hope for their children. For many, this was their reality — their daily life. Thus, this initiative is born of a deep conviction: that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive.
The Anthony Agada Foundation is a tribute to my father’s legacy—a legacy of compassion, generosity, and the belief that every child deserves a chance to shine. It is a promise to continue his work, to uplift those in need, and to create a future where no child is left behind. My father was my greatest inspiration. He dedicated his life to ensuring that my siblings and I had access to quality education, often sacrificing his comfort to provide for us. His mantra, “Educate a child, and you give them life and empowerment,” became the foundation of my own values. But his impact didn’t stop with us. He was a beacon of hope for others, extending his generosity to help countless individuals pursue their educational dreams. His kindness and unwavering belief in the power of education left a lasting impression on me. When he passed away, I knew I had to honor his legacy in a way that would continue his life’s work. The Anthony Agada Foundation was born out of that desire—to carry forward his vision of empowerment through education.
At the Anthony Agada Foundation (AAF), our mission is deeply personal and purpose-driven: to address the educational needs of children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and unlocking true potential. Through our scholarship programs, we support high-achieving, deserving students—not only with tuition assistance but also with access to vocational training, skill development, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Our commitment goes beyond the classroom. We aim to empower every child we reach with the tools, confidence, and support needed to thrive in school, in their communities, and in life. By fostering equity and inspiring lifelong learning, we’re building brighter futures—one student at a time.
